该设备为发泡板行业根据自由发泡和结皮发泡的特点，采用自由发泡设备的挤出部分和结皮发泡的定型辅机发展而来的。具有产品质量兼有结皮发泡的平整度、自由发泡设备的低密度、表面硬度间于结皮发泡和自由发泡之间的特点；另外设备投资小，接近自由发泡设备，利于市场的推广。
